YourLibaas.com follows a transparent Return Policy for all products bought from the online store.

You can return only unused products you have ordered if informed on the same day of Delivery.
Used products cannot be returned.
Refund for all orders is credited as Store Credits only in the form of Credit Note, which can be used at YourLibaas.com UAE only.
Store Credits are valid for 6 months & can be used for new orders placed at YourLibaas only.
Orders placed using Store Credits are not eligible for Returns.
