If you wish to delete your YourLibaas.com account, please follow the steps below:

Note: It may take up to 7 days to process your request. Please be aware that once your request is submitted, you may lose access to your account immediately.

WHAT DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT MEANS:

  • You will no longer be able to log into your account on the YourLibaas.com website or mobile app.
  • Your order history on the YourLibaas.com website and app, if any, will be permanently deleted.
  • Any saved preferences or settings related to your account will be lost.

If you are comfortable with these consequences and would like to proceed with account deletion, submit the details below. We will initiate the ID verification process to ensure that we are communicating with the account holder.

Our team will work to process your request as quickly as possible and will update you once it has been completed. Please note that this process may take up to 7 calendar days.

DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT DOES NOT MEAN:

  • That we will delete all information we hold about you.
